When does my membership officially begin?
It begins immediately upon registering.

How do I access the Lineage Membership?
An email confirming your membership will automatically come your way once you have completed registration. This email will also include your login details to our platform. After you login, you will be taken to your member profile with access to The Scriptorium areas. 

How often will new content be added to the Library?
Newly curated works will be added to the Library with the coming of each new season. Lineage members will be notified first when new material is available.

Where do I update my payment method?
Once you login, on the top right click your profile image and choose ‘Settings’ from the drop-down. From there, you’ll see additional tab links, choose the one for ‘Billing’ and update your credit card as required. 

Who do I contact for technical support?
In the Community Group there is a thread titled:  “Tech Support” where you can find information on most tech issues. If you still have questions, you can write to: [email protected]

Cancellation Policy
We offer no refunds – if for some reason you are no longer able or willing to continue your Lineage Member subscription, please know that by cancelling you will no longer have access to The Scriptorium Library & Colloquium. We are grateful for your support as you've helped make it possible for us to continue the curating work of The Scriptorium. Thank You.
