At The Scriptorium, we offer digital memberships that provide access to a private collection of recorded teachings, a community forum, and other curated resources. Some offerings may also include physical items such as books and/or printed materials.
Currency of Sale
All purchases are processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise specified. Some offerings may be available in United States Dollars (USD), as indicated on the product page.
Digital Products & Membership Access
Access to digital memberships and materials is typically granted immediately upon successful payment. Members will receive login credentials or a confirmation email with access instructions. If you do not receive your access within 24 hours, please contact us at [email protected].
Physical Product Delivery
If your purchase includes physical goods, they will be shipped within the same week of ordering, via regular mail. Shipping times may vary depending on your location. You will be notified once your item has been dispatched.
Refund Policy
We offer refunds only in cases where a digital or physical product is not delivered in a timely manner. Due to the nature of digital content and the commitment required to participate in our offerings, all other sales are final.
Return Policy
We do not accept returns of physical products unless the item arrives damaged or not in the condition described. If this occurs, please email [email protected] within 7 days of receipt with a photo and description of the issue.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your membership subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your access to all online materials and/or the community group associated with your subscription will immediately end. No partial refunds will be issued for time remaining in a billing cycle.
